Why pay a lawyer to check my contract?
How much will it cost?
Why is this legal service so affordable and fast compared to others?
WE LISTENED.
Our reports contain a meaningful summary highlighting any red flags, unusual terms and spotting gaps, and we don’t waste time explaining inconsequential or obvious terms to you. We also specialise exclusively in contract law which means we can review contracts more efficiently than a lawyer in a typical multi-practice firm.
Who will see my contract?
Is it safe to upload my contract?
- Use full disk encryption on all computers
- Create strong passwords and don’t write them down
- Back up daily
- Keep anti-virus software current
- Maintain a firewall
- Use anti-malware protection
- Use a popup blocker (we recommend using Firefox with security add-ons)
- Secure your wireless and never access your portal from a hotspot
- Remove metadata before transmitting documents
How will you communicate with me?
We will post messages to you in your client portal space and upload documents for you to download and read or print at your end.
Email is unencrypted and so it is not a secure method of transmitting your confidential information. We only use email to let you know there are messages or documents waiting for you in your portal.
I’ve changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
If we haven’t started reviewing your contract yet, we won’t mind cancelling your order. Please call us immediately if you wish to cancel.

What is a virtual law firm?
“A virtual law firm is a law practice online through a secure portal, accessible to both the client and the lawyer.” – Stephanie Kimbro, Virtual Law Practice: How to Deliver Legal Services Online.
Unlike many firms that claim to be online, Bealla Legal really is! Every part of our business, from communicating through a secure portal only, down to payments, is done online.
